Complaints Procedure
If something has gone wrong, we want to know and put it right.
Draft document. This page is not yet a legally reviewed document and must be completed and checked before publication.
How to complain
Email petercreatesuk@gmail.com with the subject line "Complaint". Please include the practice name, what happened, the dates involved and the outcome you are seeking. Written complaints can also be sent to Service address to be confirmed by the business owner.
What happens next
We acknowledge complaints in writing within three working days, investigate and respond in full within fifteen working days. If we need longer, we explain why and give a revised date.
If you are not satisfied
You may ask for the complaint to be reviewed once more in writing. Complaints about advertising content can also be raised with the Advertising Standards Authority, and data protection concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration: to be confirmed by the business owner).
Clinical matters
Complaints about dental treatment are a matter for the dental practice and its own complaints procedure. We provide advertising services only.
Peter Creates UK provides advertising and marketing services only. We do not provide dental, medical, clinical, financial or legal advice. Dental practices remain responsible for clinical information, patient suitability, treatment delivery, pricing, finance information and professional obligations. Advertising performance is not guaranteed.
